About Next Level Boot Camp Program:

Next Level Boot Camp is a premiere Fitness program that is helping the North Shore of Massachusetts get in excellent shape.  This program is for EVERY fitness level! From mall walkers to competitive athletes. Bootcamp is a great metabolic workout designed to shred body fat and increase endurance, muscle tone, strength, and aerobic capacity! We utilize great tools including but not limited to: TRX, Battling Ropes, Kettlebells, Resistance Tubes and Bands, Free Weights and body weight exercises! 

This class is held at Burke's Tumbling Academy inside of Paradise Gym at 21 Elm Pl. Swampscott Ma. With the option of taking class outside to the beach on warmer mornings. 

We have found the perfect bootcamp location!!! The facility includes a 7,800 square foot floor, a 42' x 54' spring floor, a 40' in ground tumble track, an in ground trampoline, a foam pit and a non-spring floor. This is perfect for high impact exercise!

Bootcamp meets every Mon, Wed, and Fri @5:45am
